| Skipper licenses |
For the Croatia area of the Adriatic Sea, all skippers need to prove their competence by having an ECC sailing license. In case the skipper has no ECC license he will need to prove his skipper abilities and to pass a local test. Failing this test, will result in the cancellation of the charter agreement with no refunding of the charter price. |
